“Bronte Collection presents a rich opportunity to utilise the site’s existing cross-fall to stagger the built form,” explains Project Architect and MHNDU Director, Brian Meyerson. “By cascading the architecture gradually down the terrain, the terraced living spaces offer views of the ocean and coastline with each level thoughtfully designed to maximise interior and outdoor connections.”
