MHNDU is one of Sydney’s most eminent architectural collectives. Their portfolio features eight years of collaboration with Fortis, including iconic projects across the Eastern Suburbs.

“Bronte Collection presents a rich opportunity to utilise the site’s existing cross-fall to stagger the built form,” explains Project Architect and MHNDU Director, Brian Meyerson. “By cascading the architecture gradually down the terrain, the terraced living spaces offer views of the ocean and coastline with each level thoughtfully designed to maximise interior and outdoor connections.”

Sydney-based Wyer & Co has been creating contemporary outdoor living spaces since 2005. Renowned for layered natural beauty and whimsical surprises, their designs and plantings feature proudly across the Fortis portfolio. 

Their collaborative team of architects, designers, horticulturalists, and construction specialists engages with clients to create and maintain exceptional landscapes for extraordinary homes.
